Pin Cushion

Day 8 of Suprecur injections and also day 8 of my new job which is going great.

Right then, as the title suggests Im getting rather a few puncture marks and bruises on my upper thighs from the injections. As suggested, I have alternated thighs each night to prevent them getting too sore. Unfortunately, as of next Tues I will be injecting nightly into each thigh so no rest for either leg and many more bruise no doubt.

Well the injecting is now becoming a daily chore rather than a novelty and is not as pleasant as my first go when I must have missed all my pain receptors by millimeters. As the skin is getting more bruised it is getting more sensitive and I am trying to inject as far away from the bruises each night, plus my thighs have the canny knack of finding table corners as Im walking around the office - ouch!

Side Effects

Not many yet to report, A couple more spots on my face, my bra feels too small and my nipples are like rubber bullets. I also told my hubby to F off the other day, just for asking me for a cup of tea which is nastier then I usually get this time of the month, other than that, not much to report. My next clinic appointment is Mon 22nd.
